We are committed to providing reliable and durable industrial-grade warning equipment.

All Micro Bright™ LED Beacon products undergo strict testing and are backed by comprehensive warranty and after-sales support, ensuring dependable performance even in the most demanding environments.


Product Warranty Period

Standard Warranty

All Micro Bright™ LED Beacon products come with a 12-month standard warranty. Register within 30 days of purchase to activate the extended warranty. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase.

Extended Warranty

After completing product registration, customers may receive extended warranty coverage (up to 24 months).

Warranty Coverage

Under normal operating conditions, the warranty covers:

✔ LED module failure
✔ Electronic component failure
✔ Manufacturing or material defects
✔ Functional malfunction during normal use

If the issue is confirmed to be a product defect, we will provide:

• Repair service
or
• Replacement with an equivalent product


Warranty Service Addendum

To ensure consistency and quality of warranty services, the following principles apply:

• Repaired or replaced products will continue under the original warranty period from the date of purchase and will not be extended
• Warranty service is limited to reasonable repair or replacement; repeated or unlimited claims for the same product are not covered
• Each warranty claim is subject to inspection and must be confirmed as a product-related defect


Not Covered by Warranty

The following situations are not covered under warranty:

✖ Damage caused by misuse or human factors
✖ Improper installation or operation
✖ Unauthorized disassembly or modification
✖ Damage caused by external impact
✖ Normal wear and tear

Shipping Policy

To ensure a smooth warranty and repair process, shipping arrangements are as follows:

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product to the service center
• We will cover the shipping cost when returning repaired or replacement products
• If the product is DOA (Dead on Arrival) within 7 days, we will cover round-trip shipping and provide a replacement
• All returned products must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
