Return Guidelines

We offer a 10-day cooling-off period (this is not a trial period).
Upon receiving your order, please carefully check the product’s appearance, contents, and functionality.

  • The 10-day cooling-off period begins the day after you receive the package, and lasts for 10 calendar days.

  • The cooling-off period is not a trial period. Returned items must remain brand-new, unused, and must include:
    original packaging, the product itself, all accessories, protective materials, manuals, and any included gifts.

Please do not apply adhesive tapes, labels, or write on the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Scratches, dents, stains, water damage, or other physical damage

  • Visible signs of use

  • Missing packaging, accessories, or any included items

  • If the seal has been removed or the item requires refurbishment, a 2% refurbishment fee will be applied

  • Bundled/combined items must be returned as a complete set; partial returns are not accepted


Refunds & Paper Invoice Handling

  • We issue paper invoices. Please return your original paper invoice together with the product.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds may take up to 14 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

  • If the return causes the order total to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is defective or the wrong product was shipped).


How to Request a Return

  1. Visit the Return/Exchange Application Page on our website and submit your request.

  2. A confirmation email will be sent after submission—please check your inbox.

  3. Within 2–5 business days, our customer service team will contact you via LINE with the review result and return instructions.
